On August 19th Elite teams up with Image entertainment to release the 3rd installment of the "Drive-In Discs" series.
This volume will include the 2 vintage horror films, "I Bury The Living" also "The Hand"
It will include the fun drive-in experience of trailers, intermission countdowns and to fully give this a true drive-in feel, it features what they call "Distort-o" an optional sound feature that will duplicate that great speaker that rested on car windows.

Galesburg, Illinois.
It’s a quiet, peaceful town where nothing ever happens... until a brutal serial killer begins a terrifying campaign targeting local teens. The killer’s signature is the horrible mutilation of the victims.
As fear mounts, law enforcement officer John Brady is inexorably drawn to the high school’s psychology department where he suspects he will find the killer. There is something sinister about the department’s research program on behavioral control and Brady is determined to uncover it.

Scarborough, ME – As a result of their successful pairing on the Millennium Edition of “I Spit On Your Grave,” Elite Entertainment and cult film guru Joe Bob Briggs have reached an exclusive agreement for Briggs to serve as host of, and provide commentary for, a series of the company’s upcoming horror, science fiction and cult titles. The announcement was made today by Vini Bancalari, President, Elite Entertainment.
“In the cult film world, no critic or fan is more popular than Joe Bob Briggs,” said Bancalari. “His current commentary on the ‘I Spit On Your Grave Millennium Edition’ DVD is testament to Joe’s knowledge and appreciation of these types of films. Both his hosting duties and unique commentaries on our future titles will no doubt leave our cult fan base wanting to hear more.”
“Elite is acquiring the rights to some of the most artistically… uh… interesting films of the drive-in era,” said Briggs. “I’m honored to be the guy picked to slice-and-dice ‘em… uh… I mean, interpret them for the cinematic community.”
The first title in the agreement, “Jesse James Meets Frankenstein’s Daughter,” will be released in the second quarter of 2003.
Joe Bob Briggs is the drive-in movie critic of Grapevine, Texas, best known from his long-running shows on The Movie Channel and TNT, and his syndicated column “Joe Bob Goes to the Drive-In.” He’s written six books, most recently “Profoundly Disturbing: Shocking Movies That Changed History.”-Elite home Entertainment

Elite has just re-issued their once hard to find "Re-Animator" DVD to retail stores. This DVD had been release a couple of years ago, Then for some reason had become out of print. Fans of the film were bidding $100.00 and over on E-bay for this cult classic. Now available at a retail price $29.95, fans can relax. Elite has said that this DVD is the most requested title they ever had. The DVD features a Digitaly Remasted unrated Widescreen transfer, Two Audio Commentaries featuring director Stuart Gordon, producer Brian Yuzna and the original cast members, Over 20 minutes of additional 'R' rated footage, A never before seen dream sequence, Theatrical Trailers and T.V. Spot.
Elite is releasing the Australian horror/Comedy "The Howling 3: The Marsupials" with a newly re-masted 16x9 widscreen transfer. Extras include: A Commentary track fror Director Philippe Mara, Still Photo Gallery, New 5.1 remasted audio track, T.V. Spot and Promotional Trailer.
